United Animal Health Announces Sales Leadership Adjustment

SHERIDAN, IN. – United Animal Health, Inc., has proceeded with the adjustment to the U.S. Swine sales leadership structure to focus on three areas critical to the success of the business.

The three areas are as follows:

  1. Team collaboration between sales leaders, Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers and technical services.
  2. Enable the implementation of our 2025 strategy to focus on mid-market accounts (2,500 – 25,000 sows) and the Top-40 as our greatest opportunity for growth.
  3. Sales leaders with strength in both core nutrition and specialty products.

Dave Crosby, Managing Director, U.S. Swine Business and a new addition to United Animal Health, Marcus Arnold, Director, U.S. Swine Business will assume leadership of Territory Managers, Senior Territory Managers and Strategic Account Managers.

Marcus comes to us from the Zoetis U.S. Pork Division where he served as their Feed Specialist, working with account managers and sales teams to develop and execute medicated feed additive strategy. Prior to Zoetis, he was the Agriculture Department Head for Butler Community College where he was a very successful teacher and coach. Marcus holds a Master of Science Degree in Swine Nutrition from Colorado State University. Marcus lives in Winterset, Iowa with his wife, Paige and their two Miniature Australian Shepherds. We are fortunate to have someone join us given his background and passion for the swine industry.

During the transition to this structure and while Marcus is getting up to speed, Joel Spencer has been graciously leading our Strategic Account Managers on an interim basis.
